Job Description

To teach English language effectively to primary-level students, develop their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, and create a positive and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Teaching & Learning Plan and deliver English lessons according to the school curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities. Use interactive and child-centered teaching methods. Encourage students to communicate confidently in English. 2. Student Assessment Assess students' academic progress through classwork, homework, projects, and examinations. Maintain students' academic records. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents. 3. Classroom Management Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment. Ensure students' safety and well-being. Promote respect, teamwork, and good behavior among students. 4. Communication Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events. Coordinate with school management and fellow teachers. 5. Professional Development Attend training, workshops, and professional development programs. Keep updated with modern teaching methods and educational practices.
